The Great Goodness of God

Psalm 31:19-29 “Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for
them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before
the sons of men! Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the
pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.” (KJV)

How great is Thy goodness to them that fear Thee.
Thou hast laid it in store for eternity.
Their trust is in God and not upon men.
The fear of the Lord is where they begin*

In Thy secret presence my soul wilt Thou hide.
Within Thy pavilion from man's sinful pride.
My soul shall rest safely for you never sleep.
Always on guard, to protect and to keep.

What treasures are mine from Thy bountiful hand!
Safe in Thy presence at last I will stand.
All is secure for no sin enters there.
Thou art omnipotent so why should I fear.

God created all things by the words that He spoke.
All His enemies strength is less than of smoke.
Put your faith in the Lord, there's no reason to care.
God's goodness and grace are ours for a prayer.

but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” (KJV)
